Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Transit then takes 9–12 business days with standard shipping, or 7–9 with express. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel ships.
How much is shipping?
US orders are $9.90 standard and free over $150; express is $18.00.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size chart with garment measurements, plus a calculator that suggests a size from your height and weight. Our pieces run true to size; if you are between sizes, take the larger one.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery in unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
What are the garments made of?
The composition is listed on each product page under “Fabric & care”, together with washing instructions.
Will I be charged customs duties?
Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient.
