Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. If checkout accepts your address, we deliver to your country.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Transit takes 5–9 business days in Europe, 6–12 in the US and Canada, and 7–14 elsewhere. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $150. Below that the cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size chart with garment measurements, plus a calculator that suggests a size from your height and weight. Our pieces run true to size; if you are between sizes, take the larger one.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery in unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
What are the garments made of?
The composition is listed on each product page under “Fabric & care”, together with washing instructions.
Will I be charged customs duties?
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. These are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient.
