When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order ships we email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan before the link shows movement.
My tracking hasn’t updated — is that normal?
Yes, early on. A new label can take a day or two to show its first scan, and international parcels sometimes pause in transit or customs. If there’s no update for several days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, message us as soon as possible after ordering. Once dispatched we’re unable to change it.
I entered the wrong shipping address
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped we can correct it; once dispatched it follows the label as printed.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival, set by your country and payable by the recipient.
