We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email support@begmenov.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship the item before you receive return instructions — parcels sent back without prior approval may not be processed.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Please return the item within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable; we refund the price of the returned item(s).
- No restocking or administrative fee is charged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the refund to your account.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong item, contact support@begmenov.com within 14 days of delivery. We cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping you paid.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To change size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All other items are returnable under the conditions above.

Where returns are sent
Returns are received at our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China, not at our registered address in the United States. We send you the exact return address when you start a return.
